Our research teams use the most modern 3D CAD design and FEM Design and simulation tools to provide optimized design solutions to meet the demands of the modern applications of our customers. We also incorporate modern PDM/PLM softwares to closely monitor our design and development process and use the lessons learnt over one project for more optimized management of the subsequent projects.
We have product life testing rigs and benches to test and validate the product lifetime in a varying set of application conditions related to environment and loads. Additionally, we are investing continuously in upgrading the validation testing capabilities to include testing of higher capacity clutches and brakes. We also conduct research testing on optimization of materials for the best cost v/s performance ratio, especially for the high volume production applications of our products
