Our Industrial clutches and brakes are produced in accordance to the ISO 9001:2015 QMS with special thrust on continuous value improvement. Our products are CE & UL certified.

Electromagnetic clutches and brakes for automotive applications are produced on lines of the requirements of the IATF 16949 QMS under customer validation of the manufacturing system to equivalent standards.

Our quality process begins with the procurement of raw materials. Each step of manufacturing is closely monitored till the final products come out of the production line.

Our quality team is equipped with the most modern equipment like EOL-Testers (End-of-Line), 3D CMM, 3D surface Roughness & Profile Measurement Machines, Roughness testers, Digital height gauge (2D), Hardness tester, Oscilloscope, Gauss meter B.H. Curve tester, Spring testing, Flux meter, Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Bore dial gauges, Plug gauges, Torque wrenches & multipliers amongst a plethora of mechanical, electrical and magnetic measurement devices and equipment.

In 2002, VORTEX became one of the first Indian electromagnetic clutch brake producers to get the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification.VORTEX has undergone successful surveillance and re-audits over the past years, in the process, upgrading to ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standards
